• Real-Time – our application provides real-time interaction with the ERP application/database, eliminating the need to mirror or replicate the ERP database as some applications do.  These external databases require constant synchronization and management, can have delays and may not always supply up to date information to the shop floor transactions.

• Non-Intrusive - Simplified upgrades when new releases, patches, etc. are provided by the ERP system.

• Latest Technology - our screens are specifically designed for the latest touch-screen Windows devices.  This more intuitive approach greatly enhances the usability and trainability of the applications.  The large touch screens are also much easier to see.

• Optional Off-line Mode - our solution is client-server based, this offers off-line data collection should communications or the host fail, be taken down for scheduled backups, etc.  The Radley Portable Client software, which resides on the end device, and when real-time validations cannot take place, appropriate prompts can be displayed.  When the system goes back on-line the data is transmitted and validations are made within our middleware before posting to your ERP.    We can easily and cost-effectively accommodate configuration changes to prompts (language etc.), the order of prompts, defaulting of data, etc.

• Faster Processing Speeds - our solution streamlines the prompts displayed on the end-devices, making input by the user much easier and less cumbersome.  Terminal emulation requires significantly more server processing and network overhead to perform, and also tends to slow communications down.  Radley’s data packets are small XML tags and processing and throughput is never an issue.  We have very high volume clients processing thousands of transactions a day without performance issues.

• Simplified Labeling - Labeling with our solution is easy and flexible.  We have incorporated Loftware’s state-of-the art label printing features within the solution that allows for quick and easy label modifications, additional labels and formats, ad-hoc label printing, and other useful options. Also, if desired, a WYSIWYG design feature allows you to make changes without relying on us.  Information included on the label may come directly from the users’ input, database, and/or a combination of both.
