Automotive EDI Shipment Scanning

iCARaS Shipment Scanning allows you complete control over your unique shipment scanning requirements. Verification of shipments is automated, with data verification occurring when scanned data is uploaded to iCARaS. Line items are compared to scanned items and any discrepancy is reported. iCARaS is directly interfaced with the shipment scanning application (FlexScan), allowing for existing shippers to be updated. Shippers can be updated by scanning all label fields, or by scanning just the serial number. The shipment scanning application can be directly interfaced to Loftware, a shipment labeling application by Loftware Inc. AIAG shipping label serial number scanning is integrated with your customer's Advance Ship Notice (856), lending accuracy to your picking and shipment processes.

Radley has developed a comprehensive integration to Loftware, an industry leader in bar code labeling applications, to meet your stringent labeling requirements with a simple process. Loftware provides customers with a "user specific" or "enterprise wide" labeling solution, including the ability to print labels over the internet.

Using Loftware and Radley's iCARaS integration to Loftware, you can create your own label formats, or purchase the off the shelf labels you require from Radley's library of certified labels. You are free to create and print labels for any purpose that may exist within the enterprise. Regardless of which method employed to design and develop a label, Radley's integration allows you to source the data you want to print from your EDI data within iCARaS . Flexible mapping provides you with the ability to define and print labels automatically as EDI data is received from your trading partners, or simply print the labels required for a staged shipping document.
